They run on your machine and do not connect to the internet, so nothing about your use of them reaches me.
The site is plain HTML and stores nothing in your browser. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, whose server logs record visitors' IP addresses for security; those logs are Cloudflare's and I have no access to them.
If you sign up, I store your email address and nothing else, on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). It is used to tell you when a WET plugin is released or updated. The list runs on Brevo, a French company, and is stored in the EU. An address is added only after you click the link in the confirmation email, and unsubscribing deletes it. The list is not shared.
Payment goes through Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and never reach me. I keep a record of each order: your email address, your country, the order number, the date and the licence code. I need it to send you the code, to send it again if you lose it, and for the tax records Dutch law requires me to keep for seven years (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). The record is stored on Cloudflare. The email with your code is sent through Brevo. I never use your address for anything else.
A premium plugin keeps your licence code in a file on your own computer and never sends it anywhere.
You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, except what the law requires me to keep, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email contact@wetvst.com.
